Nikki has been placed in second place on UKIP’s list for next years European Elections. UKIP scored over 251,000 votes in 2004 electing one MEP and was only 4,500 votes short of having a second person elected. UKIP will receive increased profile in the media next year due to it's success in 2004 where UKIP beat the Liberal Democrats for third place.

Nikki has been instrumental in UKIP’s protest against Post Office closures in the West Midlands.
She has visited a number of threatened post offices and spoke with the sub Post masters/mistresses listening to their concerns and offering practical advice. On Monday 14th July, Nikki attended the Birmingham Evening Mail public protest against the closures and questioned Mr Partington of the Royal Mail about the inaccuracies in their Branch Access reports. This can be accessed here.
Nikki has also organised a petition and designed a leaflet (left). The leaflets concentrates on how the EU have step by step broke up the Royal Mail and how the main three political parties ‘The Lib LabCon’ have voted for all the EU Directives. Please click on the picture to read the whole leaflet.

The Lisbon Treaty has been halted! Thanks to our Irish friends (the only people to have a say on this shameful treaty), who have overwhelmingly rejected this underhanded attempt to impose a constitution on the people of Europe. However, the arrogance of the EU Commission and the current French Presidency will not listen to democracy. Well, why should they start now? They have never cared for the wishes of the people before - Denmark 1992, Ireland 2001, Holland and France 2005.
I was in Ireland helping the ‘No’ campaign and was heartened by other volunteers from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France and the UK. People from across Europe coming together to fight for democracy and self determination for a nation state. In next years European Elections we have our chance to have our say on the EU and UKIP is determined to make the most of the opportunity.
Below is a video showing how UKIP and our friends in the European Parliament argued the case to respect the Irish vote and give the rest of Europe a referendum. This video shows the undemocratic morally bankrupt Europhiles that are attempting to create a totalitarian state called ‘Europe’.
